expecting Yvette to agree readily. The next thing he knew, he heard a scream from the other end of the call.

She had removed her earring and forcefully cut her right cheek. Blood started trickling down her face. "I...I've cut
my face now. Please let my son go!"
Yvette wasn't sure what grudge the other party had against her, all she cared now was Zachary's life. As long as
