"Leave Hera. I'll open a new clinic in Jedburgh for you. You can becthe family doctor of the Killian family too." Giselle was trying to force Youngworth Miracle Clinic to shut down. Her plan was to win Catherine over and weaken Hera's influence in Jedburgh.
Rhett informed her that Hera's influence was the reason why Chad was going to restore Hera's status. The idea was to win Dr. Shadow over the Killians' side.
As long as Giselle could ruin Hera's reputation, Chad would relinquish the idea to restore Hera's status! At the stime, with Catherine on her side, Giselle would be able to consolidate her position in the Killian family.

If only Giselle hadn't been swapped back then, the titles of miracle doctor and Dr. Shadow would've belonged to her by now! The more she thought about it, the more she was obsessed with the notion that Hera had stolen her life away.
