Chapter 254 - Was That Wraith?

From the floor, a ice started forming.

The ice quickly started spreading everywhere in the corridor, freezing everything in sight.

The Players' legs turned into ice, earning shocked screams from them.

The Guards and the rest of the Colosseum workers easily jumped over the ice and managed to dodge the ice with relative ease.

The floor and ceiling became fully covered in a thick layer of ice.

''Hey, you bastard!'' The Players started screaming angrily.

''Get rid of the ice, or I will kill you!''

''F-Fuck! Why doesn't the ice break?!''

''Hey, help me get rid of the ice— I will fucking kill this bastard!''

Fist ignored the angry screams and managed to see a few shadowy figures jumping over the Players.

His eyes turned cold, and he disappeared from his previous spot, only leaving a layer of ice behind.

Fist suddenly appeared in mid-air, right in front of the shadowy figures!

Stealth disappeared, and two shady-looking guys appeared with pale faces.

''Hmph!'' Fist reeled in his fist and punched forwards, sending a shockwave powerful enough to send them flying to the ice floor!

*BAM*

*BAM*

Two shady-looking figures crashed on the floor in the middle of angry-looking Players.

Fist once again was about to unleash another punch, but then his senses started screaming danger.

*SWOOSH*

From a dozen meters from him, and Archer sent a simple-looking arrow flying towards him, but the arrow's tip was oozing with a greenish glow.

The arrow was poisoned!

Fist paled and knew that he couldn't dodge mid-air.

He closed his eyes and waited for the inevitable death to dawn upon him.

But then…

*BANG!*

The sound of a gun firing echoed in the loud corridors.

The sound of firing silenced every scream, and it was like the only thing in existence was that bullet!

The bullet flew through the air and pierced the arrow from the middle.

The arrow broke from the middle and fell down to the ice floor.

''Who?!'' The Archer screamed and looked behind him, where a white-haired youth was holding a gun unfamiliar to him.

''Don't intervene with the battle.'' Isaac said calmly, ''It's bad manners.''

''Who the hell do you think you are?!'' The Archer screamed and sent another poison arrow to fly straight towards Isaac.

''Sigh.'' Isaac sighed with disappointment and sidestepped.

The arrow brushed past his face, and his face still had the same calmness.

Fist and the Archer looked surprised at the fluidity of his movements.

Isaac aimed the gun towards the Archer and squeezed the trigger, ''Bye.''

*BANG!*

The bullet flew like a rocket and, in a split second, had already pierced through the Archer's face.

*SPURT!*

The Archer's head exploded out of nowhere, sending a rain of blue blood flying!

The Players, who were already annoyed at getting their legs frozen, were now even angrier.

The blood splattered on their faces.

Fist widened his eyes in shock and couldn't comprehend what he saw.

With such a simple motion, the Archer died without being able to fight back.

Taking the situation to their advantage, the two shady-looking guys stood up and started running away, but Fist saw it.

Fist's eyes became cold, and he jumped after them!

The shady-looking guys looked behind them and paled after seeing the Incarnation of Destruction following after them!

''W-Wait!'' One of them tried to reason with a Fist but was hit by his fist as a result!

*SPURT!*

His head exploded, and with having no idea what happened, he turned into pixels and disappeared from the World of White.

Only one shady-looking guy was left, but he couldn't run far away.

Once Fist's kick landed on his back, his spinal cord broke in half, and he couldn't even scream before turning into pixels.

Fist landed on the ground and turned around but didn't see the white-haired youth anymore.

He had disappeared, leaving no traces behind, but Fist managed to see his face.

''Was that… Wraith?''

Isaac left the Colosseum and saw the carnage outside.

If previously was terrible, now it was even worse.

More and more Players had entered the game, and the area around Colosseum was literally brimmed to the fullest.

It took Isaac close to half an hour of pushing past anxious-looking Players.

Once he reached the streets, he took a sigh of relief.

His white hair had become messy with disheveled clothing.

The streets were pretty empty, but he could hear the screams coming from the Colosseum.

It was like he was standing right next to a very loud concert.

After catching his breath, he continued walking in the relatively empty streets.

Every now and then, he managed to see NPCs working in their own shops that were completely empty.

The stores that were full only a day ago are now completely empty.

Isaac thought that it wouldn't last long.

The hype around Colosseum will last for a week at best until the ordinary daily routine reappears.

But, it still doesn't mean that the shops will be as popular as before.

The Colosseum instead will always be popular.

The Players who are doing good in Colosseum can earn wealth and fame, which will take them to the top, but the losing punishment was still unknown.

If it is heavy punishment, many will have to reconsider whether they will try.

That was one of the reasons Isaac didn't go try.

The punishment can be so severe that his growth will completely stop for a week.

He didn't want to take the risk and wait till Players share it on Forums.

Inside the Colosseum, he had already thought about his next destination.

Realm portals.

Walking past several blocks, he reached the City Square, where four unknown stone doors were.

Around the doors, four Guards were standing in front of the doors.

NPCs and Players who happened to walk past were confused about the stone doors.

Isaac, on the other hand, knew exactly what they were.

He sat down on the bench, while the four stones were only ten meters away from him and four different roads that leave out from the City Square and fashionable buildings surrounding the City Square.

The City Square, which was usually full has barely enough space to walk unhindered, was now completely empty.

With few random NPCs every now and then walking past the City Square or Players who were running towards Colosseum.
