"However, we'll need a road to each pool for the hot springs, and the privacy around them must be well planned.

"Move all the restrooms to the back and plant cherry and apple trees on the land behind them. We can attract

more visitors by offering cherry picking in the summer and apple picking in the fall.

"The winter bath locations aren't well planned. There's a slope in that area. Let's move them back a bit. We'll
