Zane asked, "What business do you have with her?" But Sasha didn't want to tell Zane about it. She said, "I'll talk to her when she returns." Then, Sasha walked out of the office. When she opened the door, she saw Eric outside. When Eric saw her, his eyes brightened up, too. He whispered, "Do you have any new gossip?" "Yes! I was just looking for someone to share it with," Sasha whispered.
Eric responded, "Wait forafter work. Let's find a nice place to talk!" Eric was determined to get his hands on the freshest gossip in the company! Sasha said excitedly, "Okay!" After confirming the plans with Sasha, Eric went into Zane's office.
Eric said, "You used to talk directly toabout recruits. Why didn't you tellabout this today?" Zane replied, "You're too busy." Not only was Eric in charge of Annalise's comics, but he also had plenty of miscellaneous work to handle. His work hours were filled with various tasks. Zane thought that since he could talk directly to the HR manager, he didn't want to trouble Eric. Eric grumbled, "But it's my job. If you do that, I'll wonder if I was doing anything wrong."
