Picking Up Beautiful Girls In The Post-Apocalyptic World!

The woman was shocked that Han didn’t drink the elixir. She didn’t think that anyone could resist the elixir. It was a sort of drug that would make anyone addicted! Is he someone that arrived newly on this floor? The only way he would be able to resist is if he has never taken it before! I can’t allow him to live! He can ruin everything! I need to kill him before the elixir wears off for the others.

Han felt a deep rumble echo through the ground and he floated off the ground a little and crossed his hands as the ground collapsed in on itself! The woman suddenly started to transform into a giant monster as she grew in size and her body started to bulge. When she finished the transformation she looked like a giant black octopus with many tentacles. Her two giant eyes opened and stared up at Han from the darkness.

Roarrrrr!!!!!

Han couldn’t help the sigh that came out of his mouth. Don’t tell me that this monster has been using this town as food all this time? If that is the case, then it is rather smart to be able to cultivate people and use them as food. Allowing the people to live a peaceful life and reproduce will ensure that you never run out of food and you can just come every now and then to eat some of them and the elixir would make sure they are none the wiser. This wouldn’t be a town at all. It was more like a breeding ground.

A large tentacle shot out and tried to capture Han but Han dodged it and blasted downwards towards the monster! The monster was grotesque and very large. The beautiful woman from before was also a part of the monster. Her upper body merged with the large monster so that only her upper body was visible. Some veins grew on her face and her teeth sharpened as she snarled at Han. Han was feeling very disgusted just from looking at her new form. He had to get back to his wives so that his image of beautiful women can be cleansed. This monster is ruining everything.

Han could feel the intense power that was gathering inside the monster and he dodged to the side as the monster released a vicious skill!

[Beam Of Destruction] has been activated!

A large beam of pure energy shot out from the monster’s mouth and flew straight through the place where Han was previously! The monster was shocked that Ha could dodge the bean so easily! It was sure that it didn’t give any kind of warning before it shot that beam! Maybe it was just a fluke! I’m an ULTIMATE rank and I’m not weak at all! This man is just a mere mortal and there is no way I would lose to him!

Han was two ranks higher than the monster in the UNIQUE rank and he wasn’t releasing any power right now so the monster couldn’t sense just how big the gap between the two of them was. The monster thought that it was on the same level as Han and that is why it kept on attacking stupidly!

Han flew up as the monster released another blast at him! He activated his [Iridescent Shield Of Protection] and a golden shield of light appeared around him and protected him against the blast! Han put his hand up and activated the ULTIMATE skill [Psionic Blast] at its maximum level!

A large magic circle appeared under Han and released thunderous energy on the entire area! The grounds melted and the winds boiled as the blast destroyed everything under him! Han knew that the monster wouldn’t die from that blast since it was only ULTIMATE rank, but it wouldn’t come out from it unscathed either!

And just like Han predicted, the ULTIMATE skill was about to kill the monster, but Han was shocked when he noticed the monster used some of the people around as a shield! The monster commanded hundreds of people to jump in the way of the blast and protect her and Han watched as the blast destroyed all of them in seconds! Well, that’s fucked up. I didn’t think this monster could also control them like that.

Han was already bored of this fight. It’s not fun anymore if you’re involving people that aren’t even conscious. He dived down while activating the GRAND skill [Strength Boost]! Han’s strength increased by five times in an instant and he punched down with minimum force!

Ka-Boommm!!!

The devastation that spread across the surrounding made it look like a nuclear bomb hit it! The ground around the center of the town was blasted to oblivion and the monster was completely decimated by the punch as its large body was reduced to nothing! Han landed on the ground and he waved his hand in front of him to clear the smoke from his face. Maybe he should have held back a little more. Han tried to use his weakest punch since he already increased his strength so much, but he didn’t think it can still cause this kind of damage even after he held back that much. Should I start using 1% instead of 5%?

Han shrugged as he put his hand into his coat pocket and walked into the center of the crater he created. He would deal with regulating his strength later The rest of the town was luckily still intact and there was only a large crater at the center. If Han leaves, they will be able to repair the area and rebuild it. Han might not care about them but he didn’t want to just cause pointless damage to good things.

Han reached the center of the town and he grabbed the woman by her hair and pulled her up. She was back in her human form, and other than some major injuries, she was fine. She snarled at Han as she tried to scratch him. Han batted her hand away with his palm. She screamed as a loud crack! echoed in the surroundings as her hand immediately broke!

[Strength Boost] has been deactivated!

Han forgot to deactivate his skill! He looked at the woman again and she looked like she was about to bite him with how she was glaring at him. Han ignored her annoying attitude as he asked a question.

“What the fuck are you?”

“Is that what you should be saying after you ruined my feeding grounds!? Look at what you’ve done!! This place was going great before you came here! Why did you attack me!?”

You were the one that attacked me first. Han said this in his head as he deadpanned at the monster! Why is she looking like I’m some sort of villain? Shouldn’t you be begging for your life instead of shouting at me? What a strange monster.

“Why were you eating them? I don’t think there’s a lack of food for you on this floor. Or do you like them so much that you would protect them and give them all of this just so that you can continue eating them? That would have been the case, but for some reason, I just don’t see you as the generous type. What exactly are you doing with these people?”

The monster woman looked down at Han with defiant eyes and it didn’t look like she would say anything but Han immediately released his BloodLust and she choked and puked out blood as the force threatened to crush her! What sort of power is this!? I can feel my insides tearing! He is even stronger than that man!

“Wait! Wait, I’ll talk!”

Han narrowed his eyes at her before he let her go and she dropped to the ground. Han asked her the question again. What was she doing with these people? Ever since Han came here, Han has noticed that there were many strong beasts on this floor. These beasts were far stronger than these people and they would provide better nutrients too. There were more than enough beasts for this woman to eat. So why is she specifically aiming for these people that are not monsters?

“I-I needed energy for that man? He said the – OW!”

The woman held her head in pain as Han smacked her! She looked up at him with an angry stare but she immediately mellowed again as Han rose a brow and put his fist out! You wanna get another one?

The woman immediately shook he head and Han spoke.

“Don’t talk in parables and tell me everything! What the fuck do you mean by ‘that man’? Do you think I’m some sort of mind reader? If you’re telling me something then say it straight! If I see you talking in circles again then I’ll just kill you and find someone else to talk to,”

“Okay! Okay! I need energy for my master! He’s the one that needs the energy from these people! They have large amounts of Qi energy that he needs for his cultivation and he told us to create this town so that we can nurture them using the elixir for more energy!”

Qi energy? Cultivate? Don’t tell me there’s some sort of martial arts practitioner on this floor. Is there even anyone like that? I’ve been in this temple for a very long time and I haven’t met even a single martial artist. All of the people I’ve met used Mana to fight. I still remember that Rina said all martial artists used Qi to fight instead of Mana. It is a very popular trope in those mangas that she always read back then. If this woman is saying that her master is someone that used Yang energy and martial arts then he is probably one of those cultivators!

“You said us. How many more of you are there?”

The woman twiddled with her fingers for a second as she tried to think of a lie and Han threatened her again with his fist before she finally spoke and told him that there were four other towns like this around the floor. All the towns had people inside them that they were breeding for their Qi.
